- typical "sing-ma" -

my "boss"...d fellow who suppose2guard us..lead us, guide us...let us learn more things n most importantly..m suppose to evaluate us is a sing-ma!! but she is a typical sing-ma who tried to act cool n westernise!! wat a fellow.. tat i m exposing while learnin my way of mind-growing! oh gosh...she is a real-life disaster. tell u bout her..i m reli suffering..

• dun tok2u nicely o friendly..alwiz like wanna ask for fight oni.. keep increase her volume when tokin2us but damn nice to her collegues n other malays internshipians which jokes n smiles ll alwiz by herside
• ignore u. times when v pass by her n she juz walk pass u..wif0ut givin any eye-contact o smiles... tat include in d lift!! wat u tink??? v r reli invisible
• loves to eat foc!! everytime b4 meetin, after meeting...ther ll b food-fest!! from kuih to nasi lemak to lunch!! everytime meetin..they ll ve food...n u kno wat.. meetin can stop half-way juz to eat n relax b4 continuing!! n tat meetin juz 4 hrs plusplus
• likes to english-speaking n act westernise.. but she juz a typical malays
• scolded us coz v sms her to inform her things as she is not in d office...she juz dump us in office..with chairs n a book n ask us sit whole ther readin that book..till today i ve had 4days doin tat!! wasting my petrol n toll fees juz to read tat book in tat table.. no computer no line no telephon..but oni table n chair.. while tat..she gave us lots of work...ask us find tis n tat...make tis brochure..total i gotta come out wif 6 brochures n when i gonna do tat?no choice..but home la..looks like workin aso got homework...
• she is juz stingy of knowlegde... ther r seminars to attend..then she juz said..no u dun go..

... n probly outside from there, sumwher in msia..ther r more identical twins of hers..in our dearest beloved country..wat u tink?? wasting nation s hard-earned-money in order to feed thos excess HR in Msia-admin compare to the the people.. anyway..d main fact is tat msia-admin proportion of workers r muchy higher than d people with lower productivity compare to the private sector... so so so.. how their schedule works?? say from 8 til 5pm.. but wat i saw was... 8am-reach work. 8.15am- out breakfast. 9.30am-back work. lunch time is 1-2pm but stm they went muchy longer.. n ther r sum ppl juz sit ther n did lil admin stuffs-probly juz few hrs..then sit ther n chat whole day...tis is total waste of HR...cant government ve betta observation on their HR management??
